Analyse your contribution to the selection process in a given situation
In my interview I have had 1 candidate, to make sure that everything was followed right and I have not missed any questions I made sure that protocol was prepared. I have included the ten questions I wanted to ask the interviewee. I have also prepared the list of the documents they meant to prepare to be successful. As for an interview everything is meant to stay confidential. I have made sure that none of the personal information from the interviewee was spread or given to someone else with the benefit. It is very important to be confidential in this interview and so everything stays with the company.
These days fairness at a interview place is very important and essential as it leads to the future of the company, I have to make sure that I am 100% fair and and not misjudge any positive aspects or the negative ones. In the interview the atmosphere and environment is a really important thing as it can put off the interviewee. I had to make sure that I was being nice and smiley to the person to create the best atmosphere possible to make them confident and not stressed. I had to check the questions that were being asked to confirm that they were correct not to make a mistake. Before the interview I have checked the interviewee’s personal details such as their personal details, the workplace details, the application form, by doing this it would give me a brief about a personal and not to make any mistakes. I have made a selection grid which to mark candidates performance when they were being interviewed.
For the interview to be fully prepared and confident, you have to have good communication skills, you need to know how to approach and talk to the interviewer in order to success.
